We offer a range of specialized services tailored to meet your individual needs. Including free food pantry in every unit.
Requirements:
- Must have valid ID
- Must show proof of income (SSI or SSDI)
- Private Pay
- Housing Assistance Program
- Local Church payment
- MUST BE A HONEST CLEAN AND DRAMA FREE PERSON. IF FOUND UNSANITARY LEASE WILL BE TERMINATED AND SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED. NO EXCUSES OR EXCEPTIONS.
- ALL ROOMS IN UNITS ARE SUBJECT TO ROOM INSPECTION. IF FOUND UNCLEAN OR NOT UP TO COMPANY STANDARDS
- FIRST WARNING TO SAY CLEAN THE ROOM
- SECOND WARNING WRITTEN UP
- THIRD GROUND FOR EVICTION.
- IF YOU HAVE A HEALTH ISSUE THAT WILL EFFECT OTHERS YOU MUST DISCLOSE IT SO OTHER ARE NOT AT RISK AND CAN HELP YOU WHILE YOU ARE IN THE UNITS.
